For example, some styles may be relaxed, oversized, loose-fitting, fitted, flowy, or otherwise constructed differently from a standard retail fit. Choosing a style or size that does not provide your preferred fit is not considered a defect or sewing error. Because items are handmade to order, we do not offer replacements, remakes, refunds, or exchanges for incorrect size selections, misunderstanding of a garment’s listed style or fit, personal fit preferences, or expected handmade variations. If an item arrives with a verified sewing or construction error on our part, please contact us so we can review the issue and make it right. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the product description, style details, and sizing information and understand the handmade nature of your item.

Once an item has been worn or washed, it is considered final sale and is no longer eligible for a return, exchange, or repair. This includes items with damage, shrinkage, fading, staining, stretching, pilling, or other changes that occur after wear or laundering. Repairs are only considered for unworn and unwashed items when the issue is determined to be a manufacturing or workmanship defect. Normal wear and tear, damage caused by washing or drying, improper care, alterations made by the customer or another person, or damage caused after the item has been worn are not considered manufacturing defects and are not eligible for a repair. Please inspect your item carefully upon arrival and contact us before wearing or washing if you believe there is an issue.
